For students intending to pursue further education, this class is a pathway to Australian universities and colleges. Level – EAP Levels 1-5 (Equivalent IELTS 5.5-7 Academic). 80% attendance or more is compulsory to achieve an EAP certificate from AICE.

The English for Academic Purposes course is an assessment based course. There is no final exam, but like many university courses, your final scores are an average and amalgamation of your entire work for the course. At two times during the course there are proficiency tests to check that your English level is equivalent to academic abilities, and this is designed to help the teachers to better guide your learning.
